What We Believe

Here are some of our foundational beliefs.

God

God is the Father and Creator of all things. He is eternal, existing in three manifestations: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and coequal with the Father. His death was the atonement for the sins of the world. His resurrection was not only the fulfillment of prophecy but provision for the redemption of men from sin.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present to bring men into repentance by the acknowledgement of sin. The Holy Spirit guides the believer into all truth and equips him to witness.

The Bible

The Bible is the indisputable and infallible word of God written by men influenced by the Holy Spirit. The word of God is profitable for doctrine, correction, and guidance for the believer.

Mankind

Mankind was created in the image and likeness of God.  God has acted to restore man to his original state of innocence and fellowship with God.  He has done this by sending His Son to die for man so man might be reconciled to God.

Eternal life

Eternal life is a person's new and redeemed existence in Jesus Christ, which is granted by God as a gift to all believers. Eternal life refers to the quality or character of our new existence in Christ as well as the unending character of this life.

Salvation

Salvation is the act of deliverance from danger and sin through Jesus Christ.  The need for salvation goes back to man's removal from the Garden of Eden.  Salvation is given to everyone whom believes on the Lord Jesus Christ, repent, and accepts Him as Lord and Savior.

Spiritual Gifts

Spiritual gifts are provided every believer.  They are given to every believer for the specific God given task and/or purpose assigned them in the earth.  We believe that Spiritual gifts are at their highest use when given to the Body of Christ profiting everyone.

The Church

The Church is the visible body of Christ in the earth.  It is the gathering place for “called out”.
